Pasa Mustafa (Creative Director, Digital - Keshet International)

In his role as Creative Director Digital, Pasa drives the creative development and direction of Keshet Studios’ digital first programming strategy. He spearheads company’s digital slate across scripted and non-scripted programming focusing on selected subcultures popular with millennial audiences. Keshet Studios has wide-ranging digital initiatives in place including a co-development deal with Universal music group's Interscope records and the recently announced Buzzfeed and Keshet Studios co-development of the Keshet International cross media brand Touch for the US.  An award-winning digital developer with more than 20 years’ experience, Pasa was formerly Founder of Endemol’s first Digital Studio where he developed, sold and produced originals specifically for digital platforms before later being appointed the company’s Global Head of Digital Originals. He and his team won a TV BAFTA for their work on the interactive game which accompanied the format Million Pound Drop in 2011 and he was personally nominated as BAFTA New Media Developer of the year in 2006 for his work on Cosmetic Surgery Live.
