Sebastiaan van Dam is Chief Audience Officer and Co-Founder of DIVIMOVE, Europe’s leading media company in the online video world. The company is part of FremantleMedia and belongs to the RTL Group. Since its launch in 2012, Sebastiaan is responsible for all talent relationships as well as content strategy at Divimove. The international Divimove team manages the largest social influencer network in Europe with over 900 partners, 1.7 billion views/month and lets social influencers become an own brand across all digital platforms, such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat. The in-house online video creative agency ‘Brandboost by Divimove’ enables brands to boost their business with the power of online video. Since its launch in 2014, the agency has developed more than 500 online video campaigns for brands such as Volkswagen, Puma, Ubisoft, Nestlé, Doritos, IKEA, Turkish Airlines, ING, and WWF Deutschland. Prior to founding DIVIMOVE, Sebastiaan van Dam worked at Zalando, today’s leading e-commerce fashion company in Europe, and pressed ahead with the expansion in the Dutch market. At Zalando he also met the two co-founders of Divimove, Brian Ruhe and Philipp Bernecker. Van Dam studied at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam and holds a master degree (Msc) in finance and investments.
