7 years experience working with online influencers, began by managing the official Rolling Stones youtube Channel, bringing them from 35k to half a million subscribers in 2 years.  Moved on to ChannelFlip, the UK's first Multi Channel Network, working alongside some of the biggest social influencers in the UK such as KSI and Dan & Phil. These channels get millions of views every month across and their highly engaged fans are always ready to try the brands they promote.   After being acquired by Endemol worked on casting for their Owned and Operated channels including Awesomeness TV UK and Coke TV's UK show. Helped many brands find the right talent for their campaigns including Kelloggs, Hasbro, Durex, Oreos and Nationwide.

In August 2016 started Dialogue Management (dialoguemgmt.com) using my skills and contacts to find the best talents for brands and run all aspects of campaigns from creative (if needed), outreach, contracting, delivery and campaign analysis. I have already seen great successes with Pull and Bear, BBC Worldwide, Lionsgate, Hasbro, Atlantic Records, Disney, Universal Studios, Inner Circle, NCS and most recently British Airways. I’ve also been brought in as sales/sponsorship consultant for major Influencer events like HelloWorldLive, Buffer, SummerinTheCity and Vidcon; all of which I’ve attended and spoken at numerous times.
